Sutton Lasater Jewelry Blog

Moschino took things to the Spanish, bullfighting, vaquero side of things.  The head pieces, dettailed jackets, and praire skirts made me imagine a midwest coyboy flick created by the Spaniards, who were just a little off in their interpretation of the Wild West because they couldn't get their own bull fighting macho men out of their mind.  Does that make any sense at all? I'm really just rambling.  So how about I stop filling our mind with my confusing interpretations, here you go.....jewelry details from Moschino S/S 2012 collection.

Are you feeling that little vintage vibe coming from Etro's S/S 2012??? Wait....who are we kidding? When does Etro NOT give off  bit of a retro vibe? Because they always do!

This season the jewelry was a bit art deco-ish, simple, with clean lines, & geometric shapes.  LOVED the use of the goldstone (tanish orangeish stone in the middle pic in 1st & 2nd rows), a stone that, in my personal and humble opinion, can look very VERY cheap. Don't get me wrong, beautifully sparkly stone, but just cheap looking.  In the bracelet & earrings it looks anything but cheap.....rather luxe and fabulous. I'll take a pair, please! :)
